Competition Comment: An environmental photo really needs to use the setting (environment) to tell the story, and sometimes that happens naturally, like with theater or even an assistant principal picking up trash in the lunchroom (tells the story of an admin who isn't afraid to do the crummy jobs to help the school). Most of the time, the photographer has to work to manipulate the set-up and setting to their advantage. This is not happening enough in this category.
