Competition Comment: This was a good mix of entries. It's difficult to compare PSAs vs. Commercials. It's also difficult to evaluate videos that were completely student-produced vs. ones that use a lot of borrowed/stock footage. As a general recommendation overall, if a contest gives you a time recommendation (in this case, 30 or 60 seconds), try your best to follow that specification.
