  • Competition Comment: I would like to encourage every student publication to focus their energy, creativity and research on helping to solve problems that they may have some influence on, especially local issues in their communities. It's great to have an informed opinion about national and international issues, but you can have the most impact as journalists reporting on local issues and writing editorials about them.
